Norma was thrilled to have been recently named a 2017 San Francisco Bay Area Admin Awards Finalist in the The Spirit Award category!
This 20 plus year journey in the Admin work force has not only been an opportunity to grow as a professional but it also afforded Ms. Rodriguez the privilege to explore & sort through the inner/outer complexities of becoming a productive, whole woman. Owning her spiritual/creative gifts with supportive guidance from her mentors along the way. Leading to her life calling to be of service to others from her innate creative and spiritual counseling gifts; nurturing her sincere desire to be a positve force in her community (family, friends, animals & Mother Earth included).
Ms. Rodriguez’s professional Admin journey not only helped her master multi-tasking office support skills but it was an authentic path back to healthy self-esteem and learning her value as a professional, especially most recently through the compassionate and supportive work environment/staff of her current Shanti/PAWS Office Coordinator position. If there is a work heaven…this is it.
